Age Restriction Notice

Screxa is strictly for users aged 16 and older. By using this platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years of age. Users found to be under 16 will have their accounts terminated without notice.

2. Information We Collect

Account & Identity Data

Name, email address, and profile photo provided when you sign in with Google. We do not store your Google password.

Device & Technical Data

Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (including Android Advertising ID / GAID), IP address, app version, and crash/diagnostic logs.

Usage & Activity Data

Mini-game scores, session duration, ad interactions (impressions, clicks, completions), feature usage patterns, in-app progression, and coin/reward balances.

Communications

Support tickets, safety reports, and any messages you voluntarily send to us.

3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, we rely on the following legal bases under GDPR Article 6:

  • Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)): Creating and managing your account, delivering gameplay and reward features, processing perk claims.
  • Legitimate Interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): Fraud prevention, security monitoring, service improvement, and detecting policy violations, where these interests are not overridden by your rights.
  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): Personalised advertising and non-essential analytics cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time via our Cookie Preferences.
  • Legal Obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): Where required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

4. How We Use Your Data

  • Operate and personalise your Screxa account and gameplay experience
  • Verify activity to award coins and prevent fraudulent or automated claims
  • Deliver and optimise advertising through our ad network partners
  • Send service updates, security alerts, and support responses
  • Enforce our Terms of Service and Safety Guidelines
  • Conduct analytics to improve platform performance and features
  • Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests

5. Third-Party Partners & SDKs

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data with the following partners to operate the platform:

Advertising Networks

Platform & Infrastructure

  • Google Firebase: authentication, crash analytics, and cloud infrastructure. Privacy Policy

Each partner operates under their own privacy policy and may collect device identifiers, usage signals, and contextual data to personalise or measure ad performance. We require all partners to handle data in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

6. Data Retention

  • Account data: Retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of confirmed account deletion request.
  • Encrypted backups: Up to 90 days following deletion, after which all backup copies are purged.
  • Fraud & security logs: Up to 12 months to protect platform integrity.
  • Aggregated analytics: Up to 24 months in anonymised, aggregated form that cannot identify you.

7. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own jurisdiction, including the United States, where our infrastructure providers and advertising partners operate. Where such transfers are required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission or other appropriate safeguards to protect your data.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure: Request deletion of your data. See our Deletion Policy for details.
  • Restriction: Request that we limit processing of your data in certain circumstances.
  • Portability: Receive a copy of your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Object: Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
  • Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent for advertising or analytics cookies at any time via Cookie Preferences.
  • CCPA (California residents): Right to know, delete, and opt-out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information as defined under CCPA.

9. How to Exercise Your Rights

Email privacy@screxa.com with your request and sufficient information to verify your identity. We will respond within 30 days. If you are dissatisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (e.g. the ICO in the United Kingdom, or your national EEA supervisory authority).

10. Children's Privacy

Screxa is not directed at users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If we learn that a user is under 16, we will promptly delete their account and all associated data. If you believe your child has registered an account, contact privacy@screxa.com immediately.

11. Security

We apply industry-standard technical and organisational measures including TLS encryption in transit and access controls to protect your data. No method of internet transmission is completely secure. We encourage strong, unique passwords on your linked Google account and prompt reporting of any suspected unauthorised access.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Screxa after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
