Account Deletion Policy
Age Restriction Notice
Screxa is strictly for users aged 16 and older. By using this platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years of age. Users found to be under 16 will have their accounts terminated without notice.
1. 7-Day Grace Period
When you request to delete your account, it is not erased immediately. We provide a 7-day grace period during which your account is "Pending Deletion." You can still log in and cancel the request during this window.
2. Data Erasure
After the 7-day period expires, your account and all associated data (including coin balance, activity history, and profile information) will be permanently erased from our active databases. Some data may remain in encrypted backups for up to 90 days as required by our security practices, after which it is permanently purged.
3. Perk Forfeiture
Initiating the deletion process will immediately freeze any pending redemptions or perks. Once the 7-day grace period ends and your account is deleted, all earned coins and perks are permanently forfeited and cannot be recovered.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel your deletion request at any time before the 7-day period ends by logging into the app and selecting "Cancel Deletion" from your account settings.
5. How to Request Deletion
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. Alternatively, email privacy@screxa.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and we will process it within 72 hours.
